How to Use
- Stir before using
- Do not apply in wet or freezing weather
- Apply to surface with a brush or paddle
Tips for Success
- Material should retain a thick, paste consistency. If it becomes too thick and heavy, add a small amount of water and mix thoroughly.
- Tree Wounds: Before applying, trim rough edges and loose pieces of bark around tree wound. Take care not to increase the size of the wound
- Tree Cavities: Mix 2 parts compound, 1 part cement, 3 parts sand; apply with trowel
- Grafts: To prevent moisture loss, apply to cut surfaces of stock and scion immediately after grafting operation
- Tree Pruning: Provides a seal on pruning cuts preventing excessive sap flow and excluding moisture while the cut closes
- Rose Cane Sealer: Apply to cut ends of the rose canes after pruning brush at end of season
